Can my apps have the same logo (and graphic content) on Google Play?

I'm releasing a new app to replace the old one. Can there be problems if I copy the graphic content (logo / screenshots, etc.) of the old application to the new one?
And is it also possible to copy the description from the point of view of ASO, since Google in general does not like plagiarism of texts?

If everything is legal for you, then it is better to write to Google support and explain the situation, ask how best to get out of it. According to the description - they sent me a letter with a notification that if I don’t change it, they will delete the application within 3 days (or a week - I don’t remember)
