Why open x11 ports?

I'm trying to set up a vnc connection on opensuse 42.1, in order to understand on which port it works, I launched nmap and drove in the address, displayed open ports, + port 6001 of the X11: 1 service, and within 5 minutes it reached 7 open ports from 6001-6007 ,and everything from an X11 service... what is this service? Is it related to vnc?

@rusbaron

everything from X11 service...what kind of service is this

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X_Window_System
It displays the VNC window just like all other windows.
To display application windows running on other machines. X_client_server_example.svg
But in general it is some kind of atavism. On modern distributions, x11 usually only listens on the unix domain socket.
