Why only 1 connection?

I use OpenServer locally. I noticed that if you update 3 heavy pages at once, then there will be no parallel download, but only in order. During the download you can not use PMA (nothing will be loaded until the server "releases").
And on a weak server (Linux), all pages are loaded at once, in parallel. Why is that?
