Why on android when minimizing and expanding google chrome pages are they updated?

I'm trying to listen to music on VK or put a movie on download and turn off google chrome while I'm playing or doing something else. But as soon as you turn it off, the music stops playing right there, and the films, accordingly, are not loaded. I deploy google chrome and immediately all open pages are updated. How can I prevent pages from updating themselves?
