Why not a clear Instagram avatar?

Hello!
I have a vector logo. I can change the resolution as I like without loss.
Made 110x110px for Instagram. I insert - it is large pixels. It looks quite bad.
I played with resolutions, stopped at 2000x2000px, but still after filling it somehow looks dull.
Especially noticeable on small details. I would like to get a clear version, like on a computer. Has anyone else come across that I'm doing something wrong?
By the way, I upload it from a PC via Chrome desktop for Instagram. Maybe there's a problem here.
