Is there instagram private api for c# or java?

Also for node and ruby, but is there one for C# or java?
I searched and didn't find anything popular.

I searched myself, but did not find it. Surely someone has, but just not in public. I write in java and so far I use selenium web driver + phantom.js to work with instagram. Everything works, but the disadvantages are quite obvious, for each "account" you need to raise your own copy of phantom with the appropriate overhead.
