Why might the right mouse button not work in chrome devtools?

Randomly right-clicking on elements in the debugger does not work.
where in the context menu you can edit html or copy and delete elements from the house

, reinstalled chrome, made myself two tabs under different accounts for work, so it works in one, it doesn’t work in the second. While I googled what to do - in one of the tabs on the github it worked, while I was testing - it stopped working.
Doesn't work in incognito either.

In the developer console, hold down ctrl and scroll the mouse wheel. Scale problem

It looks like a bug in the browser itself.
By the way, Brave seems to have a reputation for being an important browser.
