How to modify the Google Chrome extension?

There are several extensions for Google Chrome that Google has blocked.
I unpack crx into a folder, put the extension in developer mode, but after restarting Google Chrome it disappears!
How to finalize the extension so that Google Chrome does not disable it?
Maybe something needs to be fixed in the manifest.json file ?
