Why might printers not be visible through CUPS?

There is VM Centos 7, CUPS is cut and configured on it. Both printers are connected and the test page prints correctly via the web.
And the question is how to find these printers on client machines (Win/MacOS)?
Through an address like printserver.work.my:631/printers/my_printer, as well as 192.168.1.2:631/printers/my_printer, to none. It does not seem to send broadcasts over the network.

Do you need CUPS to collect statistics?
Simply, if you don’t really need reports, set up printing to the TCP / IP port directly.
Also, I'm not good at koops, but does allow 192.168.0.0/24 mean anything to you? It seemed to me that the printer has a different addressing, no?

Set up the same avahi. Through mDns they will be perfectly located automatically.
