Why might LTE perform worse than during testing?

I live in a private house, before LTE Yota was caught only with an antenna.

During testing, there was reception throughout the house and good speed - up to 2 megabits.

Now it catches only in one corner of the second floor, the signal level is very low.

Why can this be?

I can’t explain the drop in signal strength, but the decrease in bandwidth is completely natural - yesterday WiMAX was turned off and the number of users in your LTE cell increased dramatically.

I don’t remember where I read it, but it seems like with WiMAX, with an increase in the number of subscribers and a load on the channel, the power of the tower changes (why waste energy on those who still can’t be served)
