Why laptop freezes when minimizing YouTube, Twitch full screen view in google chrome browser?

Actually, there is such a problem periodically (!) that when watching a video (yt) or broadcasting (twitch) in full screen mode, when minimizing to a normal view, the laptop hangs. Doesn't respond to ctrl+alt+del, but there is a sound (for some reason I've been keeping a similar indicator in my head for a long time), when switching numlock/caps, the LEDs on the keyboard react.

The image is not on the screen of the laptop, but on the connected monitor (perhaps this is important).

I see the point in catching an error in other browsers, but it's not worth the time spent, because the error occurs periodically, but not often.
