Why ispmanager not working?

I installed ISPManager on the server, but after installation, the address https://: 1500/ispmgr displays the page "Connection attempt failed".
With what it can be connected?
When installing, only this line alerts me, but the installation completes successfully.

Trying to start simple web server... Simple web server can not be started
