Why isn't the weekly newsletter from toster coming?

The weekly newsletter on gmail has stopped coming. A few months ago, I received a notification like "check your mailing list settings in your account, because we have disabled automatic mailing." Everything is fine in my office settings. Why isn't there a mailing list with interesting questions?
PS Spam, trash and all sorts of filters checked.
