Why isn't network discovery working on the new Windows 10?

Starting around Win10 v1809, network discovery doesn't work for me.

The computer is not seen on the web:

Recent update. Option 2: either create a shortcut directly via ip / host, or find instructions on the Internet for enabling network discovery services, which are now not activated automatically.

Look for the question "Why is the SMB1 protocol disabled", if this does not concern you, you can go to the installation of Windows components and check the Enable SMB1 checkbox, then all computers on the network will be visible.
