It's all pretty obvious

Tue Apr 28 15:10:58 2020 There are no TAP-Windows adapters on this system. You should be able to create a TAP-Windows adapter by going to Start -> All Programs -> TAP-Windows -> Utilities -> Add a new TAP-Windows virtual ethernet adapter.

When you installed the OpenVPN client, did you agree to install the TAP device drivers?
It is also possible that a version is installed that is not suitable for your operating system.
