Why isn't Chrome included with Drupal?

Xubuntu 14.04, LAMP server, LAN, Drupal 7.34.
Chrome simply refreshes the page after clicking the "Sign in" button. Drupal is clean, just installed. And I installed it because it is not included on the same system, but already changed. Who faced this and how to fix it?

Read server logs, watch the browser console, monitor network requests in the browser, draw conclusions.
