Why isn't a site template purchased from the Marketplace installed?
Hello. When installing a purchased template from the marketplace through the admin panel, an error occurs.
In the installation wizard, at the 3rd step, the download line reaches 40%, everything is reset and the following notification appears:
"Attention! There was an error installing the product at this step.
Repeat the installation of the current step. If the error repeats, skip the step.
The module cannot be installed "
PS When you click on the "Skip Step" button, it jumps to the 2-step installation (Select Solution).
A licensed version of the product "1-C Bitrix: Site Management (Business)" is installed on the domain. The license is valid until the end of next year. The platform has been updated.
What I did before the error occurred:
installed Bitrix (demo version) via the bitrixsetup.php file > selected a corporate site template >
opened a site with this template > deleted the template in the admin panel > entered the license key, activated the license > updated the platform > added the site in the product settings/sites. After saving the settings, it was transferred to the solution installation wizard> when choosing the required template, an error occurred
. What is the cause of the error, how to fix it and install this solution?
