How to use user groups in Bitrix?

Hello!
Task: You need to create a group of users and give them rights to certain sections of the site.
What I did: I created the group I needed, for example ISM Admins - this group should have access to certain sections of the site. Added new users.
Question: How can I bind these users to this particular group in order to check before showing sections? I don't understand how to do it.
Request: Please help :)
