I went into the installation of Windows, removed the disk, so that after dividing it into two, but after clicking create and choosing the amount of memory, it accepts, but does nothing, an empty disk remains.
Prior to that, it was ubunta.

Take a closer look at your screenshot.
See the yellow exclamation mark at the bottom?
See what it says - Can't install Windows to this drive?
It is also proposed to show the details - why it is so.
As a rule, the problems are in the GPT or MBR partitioning options and their incompatibility with the current BIOS or EFi boot system.
