Why is xdebug + phpstorm + vagrant not working?

I'm trying to set up xdebug with phpstorm 2018.2 using vagrant but the debugger doesn't start. The debug settings themselves in php 7.2 :

It can be seen that debug is enabled. Php interpreter from the virtual machine is also connected successfully

Configured via PHP Remote debug :

Cookies are created in the browser, the plugin for chrome is enabled

Before that, in phpstorm 2017.1.x I configured it in a similar way, everything worked.
Setting up the mapper

I tried a bunch of options, but to no avail. What could be the problem, what to try? Thanks in advance for your reply
