Why is xampp commenting php and not executing it?

Good afternoon, in general, I installed xampp, I had to change the ssl port or whatever it is called, demolished all files and folders in htdocs, and my one single php file is not executed, but simply commented. I read somewhere that the path to php7apache is not set, I tried it manually, it does not work. And just do it, after the first launch everything worked, I did everything the same, I don’t understand what happened. Has anyone encountered this?
