Why is Wordpress correcting https to http in siteurl to sweb?

Good afternoon! Here a strange glitch was found out, when absolutely standard wordpress on spaceweb (just with a new theme) when connecting scripts and styles via wp_enqueue_script and wp_enqueue_style on the fly corrects the siteurl setting specified in wp_options from https:// to http://, as a result due to This results in a mixed content error in the browser, and the site is displayed incorrectly. (the rest of the line changes, i.e. it's not about the cache)

We tested 3 different hosts today, except for spaceweb, and it looks like some feature of theirs that does not work correctly. TP, of course, was completely useless.

Has anyone experienced this?
