Why is woocommerce quick view not working?

I brought the category into the page template, with such a shortcode.

<?php echo do_shortcode('[product_category per_page="4" orderby="date" order="desc" category="barcode-scanner"]');?>

I installed the yith quick view plugin, but the modal window does not work (i.e. it does not appear at all). There is a button from quick view and it has id "#". What could be the problem? Maybe I missed something in the shortcode? the documentation says that you need to install the plugin and a button will appear that will display a modal window.
