Why is Woocommerce not sending order emails?

Hello. The problem is that Woocommerce order notifications are not being received. I tried to install WP Mail Logging Log, orders themselves are not displayed in it, although user registrations are displayed and letters about user registrations are sent to email. Those. It looks like it's not going to send orders.
Installed WP Mail SMTP, Post SMTP, i.e. configured via SMTP, the test message from the plugins comes, but there are no orders, i.e. Apparently everything is fine from the hosting side, messages should be sent.
There is nothing significant in debug.log either, I also tried to disable other plugins, the domain is present in the sender's name.
In which direction to dig, how can you debug sending an order to the post office? How is it generally sent, through what functions? Thank you.

Good afternoon!
1) Did you check the very function of sending orders to WooCommerce? Woocommerce settings - Must have up-to-date working mail
2) check the correctness of the endpoints (hardly, of course, but suddenly ...)
3) check if forwarding works, for example, via CF7
4) do you have SSL? If so, is it by chance a self-signed certificate (of type LE)
5) Check the admin mail (Settings - General). Must have a valid work email
