Public access is open, without a password.
Firewall disabled, antivirus too.
I can log in to any other computers, but they can't access me.
Ping goes to me, but I can't access any shared folders.
It is not possible to come in both by name and by local ip.
"sfc /scannow" , "chkdsk /f /xc:" and the standard Windows troubleshooter didn't give any results.

When the lines are long, and you want to write each line separately, as in the question, you can make them elements of an array and connect via join() :
