Why is WebRtc Native API not linking to Visual Studio 2019 project?

I downloaded the precompiled webrtc libraries from here https://sourcey.com/precompiled-webrtc-libraries and included them in my project. But as soon as I try to call the function, it produces unresolved external symbols. Additional library dirrectories and Additional Dependencies registered. What can be wrong?

The problem may be that the link with the required library (lib) is not correctly written or not written.
