How to build and install the win32ole module for Node.js?

The third day I fight.
I follow the instructions: idobatter.github.io/node-win32ole
There are always errors on the node-gyp build command .
Git, python 2.7, Visual 2008 (and others installed) - installed.
Tried on Win XP and 7.
What am I doing wrong??
Can someone help build the module or tell me where to download it?
I will be very grateful.

PS What is the difference between win32ole and win32com ?

The module has not been updated for a long time. I managed to build it only under node. v0.10.40
