Why is utm_term not coming while utm_source and utm_campaign are coming?

Checked by following the link ****/?utm_source=yandexx&utm_campaign=campaign&utm_term=myterm and utm_term was transferred. But people who come from an advertising company in Yandex, for some reason utm_term is not transmitted from them, but utm_source and utm_campaign are transmitted - why can this be?

Where exactly is it not sent?
Perhaps your utm_term is written with an error, data is written to it with an error, the site cuts off this parameter for some reason, or the counter cuts off this parameter.
