Why is us-east-1 cut out of the request to s3?
2 Laravel sites store pictures and files in one account. Everyone in env has their own regions, the rest of the settings are the same. On a site where in the settings AWS_DEFAULT_REGION= us-east-1
for pictures, us-east-1 is automatically cut out from the url and, accordingly, there are no pictures. Those. instead
of https://s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com
I get https://s3.amazonaws.com
The problem site has not changed.
The sites are completely the same, they differ in settings.
Files that are not pictures in the img tag on the problem site are loaded without errors.
Even on the localhost I set the us-east-1 region and it is also automatically cut out of the image request. Those. I just prescribe different regions and in one case it cuts out, in the other it doesn’t. I write abracadabra and it is there, but us-east-1 is cut out. I saw a message in the docks that they had some errors with dns and are now fixed. What's wrong with Amazon? This is how you store files in all sorts of buckets ..

This region has two endpoints for s3. This is Legacy and they have it separately indicated in the documentation. Not going to fix
