AWS_DEFAULT_REGION= us-east-1
for pictures, us-east-1 is automatically cut out from the url and, accordingly, there are no pictures. Those. instead

The problem site has not changed.
The sites are completely the same, they differ in settings.
Files that are not pictures in the img tag on the problem site are loaded without errors.

This region has two endpoints for s3. This is Legacy and they have it separately indicated in the documentation. Not going to fix
