Why is Upwork Team killing the VNC server?

Installed xfce4 and VNC server on ubuntu using this manual . Everything works fine (with some reservations, for example, Atom does not start), but when you start Upwork Team VNC, the client crashes and no longer allows you to connect. It is impossible to restart the VNC server, you have to restart the droplet. What could be the problem? What additional information can I provide?

Have you tried looking at the logs?
Upwork team scans the screen, which does not work very well with remote connections, for example, use a teamviewer.
