Why is Tour of Go not working in windows?

When trying to execute the code in the learning tour running on the local computer, an error appears:
Program exited: exec: "C:\\Users\\Tantacula\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\go.exe": file does not exist
Why go.exe is searched in the temp folder? GOROOT GOPATH variables are set, c:\Go\bin is also added to path

Well, you do not have the executable file of the program go.exe, from which it all starts.
Maybe you just didn't install it? ;-)
