How to stream mp3 via ftp?

Good afternoon!
Tell me what tools are there on Go to organize streaming files via an ftp connection (if there is a primer, then it’s generally excellent)
there is a server # 1 mp3 storage to which access via ftp
server # 2 where there will be a backend and front of the application where you can listen to these same mp3s and download from browser if needed.
