Why is this release not adding or removing app bundles?

Good afternoon everyone!
Downloading AAB and getting an error: " This release does not add or remove App Bundles "

There was also this warning before:

"You have uploaded an APK or Android App Bundle with an activity, object alias, service, or broadcast receiver with an intent filter, but without the android:exported property set. This file cannot be installed on a device running Android 12 or higher. Learn more , go to developer.android.com/about/versions/12/behavior-changes-12#exported."
