How much are backend and frontend developers paid?

Tell me how much it will cost now to pay Backend (including building IT infrastructure for stable operation, backups and mirroring) and Frontend developer (s) for mobile applications.
Does it have to be one person? The goal is to make everything work.
And how are things on the market now, are professionals sitting idle?

There are quite a few Windows Phone developers, and they are most likely busy with projects in other areas.
