Why is there sometimes a white screen in the web browser in Yandex.Metrica?

The site was recently updated, the counter code was simply transferred and in the web browser I sometimes see only a white screen and how the cursor moves. As a rule, such visits are not long. And for some visitors, everything is displayed as expected. Is there a problem with the site or the counter?
