Why is there often no country "Belarus" when registering?

I often notice when registering in various applications or on websites that when choosing a country, there is no Belarus. I mean foreign sites. Brokerage, for example, or applications for data analysis, I don’t remember offhand, but I meet this all the time. There are all other countries - Nigeria, Syria, Bangladesh, whatever. But there is no Belarus or the Republic of Belarus.
