Why is there nothing in IIS Manager?

Hello. Tell me please. I am moving a web server to another physical server. I did the export\import of IIS settings, moved the inetpub folder. Sites and everything connected with them works. But, when I go to IIS Manager, there is nothing there, when I connect to localhost, neither the sites nor the application pool are displayed there, nothing at all. Roles and components seem to be installed all that are needed.
