Why does the application pool stop when starting a site in IIS 7.0?

We rebooted the server...
The application pool is configured from under the domain account. When starting the site, an HTTP Error 503 is thrown. The service is unavailable. IIS shows that the pool is stopped. In the system log, we see three WAS errors 5021, 5057, 5059 that the application pool identity is incorrect. Changed the account, restarted the services. Launched a pool. When starting the site - still an error. The pool is stopped. The account has rights to the site folders. Both the site and applications are running locally.
If you set the pool to NetworkService or ApplicationPoolIdentity, the site starts up, but in our case this is not allowed. Two other machines are configured under the same account. Everything is working.
What could be the snag?
