The form was filled yesterday at 21:40, while no visitors were recorded in the metric after 18:00, the goal was not reached in the conversion reports yesterday - does everything indicate that a bot filled out the form?

You can easily check if the target is configured correctly:
1. Open the site and add _ym_debug=1 in the address bar , i.e. the view will be something like site.ru/?_ym_debug=1
2. Open the browser console (right-click on the site page, select View code in the drop-down menu and select the Console tab in the panel that opens)
3. Fill out and submit the form. An entry like Reach Goal should appear in the Console tab.
If it doesn’t appear, then the goal is configured incorrectly, if it is displayed, then the conversion most likely did not count if you have IP filters and a bot filter
