Why is there no video stream from the IP camera?

I can not cope with such a trifle as the output of an IP camera to the Internet.
I took the article as a basis: blog.umicorp.ru/probros-portov-na-routere-asus-rt-n14u My
router is the same. Camera RVi-IPC52DN20.
I have a static IP address from an ISP. Specified the following ports in the camera settings: 8080 (http), 5777 (tcp), 5778 (udp) and 554 (rtsp). Forwarded these ports on the router. I got access to the camera via the Internet, but there is no video stream. The firewall of the router is turned off completely.
When checking with hideme.ru/ports, we get;
- 80/tcp open http;
- 8080/tcp open http;
- 5777/tcp open http;
- 5778 is filtered.
What else can I check to find what the problem is?

Probably because you did not open access to the video stream through the router (access is only in the web interface).
If you have access to the web interface, the MJPEG stream should work (if this camera has it).
