Why is there no sudo in ssh on nic hosting?

I connect via ssh to [email protected], there is a password from the user, but when executing the command with sudo, an error is written: sudo: /usr/bin/sudo must belong to a user with uid 0 and have a setuid bit. How to fix and get sudo? The password for the root user is invalid.

How did you decide that you can get it there? You just have normal user access there - post the site. You will not have root rights there - well, unless you get a job in nic.ru :)

Where do you get superuser rights on the hosting?
This is not your server, you have only one user and one directory on someone else's shared server
