The sound is only when loading windows, so it is not everywhere. The mixer strip has become dark, it seems like it should be green. What could be such a problem?

Most likely the sound driver has crashed. Go to Device Manager and take a look.

What version of wine?
Dig into the "toolbar -> sounds and audio devices" there, in theory, there will be a list of your audio devices, you will also find the "test" button there. You may need to specify the output device directly in applications.
