Why is there no signal (black screen)?

Hello everyone

There was a system manager, which I then temporarily stopped using, and at the same time pulled out a video card from it.
After a while, I launched it again, but with an old video card.

No signal, black screen, although the OS seems to be working.

Integrated video is fine - if you turn off the video card, everything is fine via D-SUB.
I put the video card - a black screen.

Everything is enabled in the BIOS.
Disabling the built-in video did not bring any result.
Another monitor showed the same results, so it's not a monitor.

Now the interesting part:

  1. If you turn on the system unit and do not touch it, then at the time you enter the OS (Windows), a signal appears
  2. If you use the OS, the signal does not disappear
  3. If you click on "Detect screens" in the screen settings, the signal disappears and is restored only after a minute (as far as I remember)
  4. If you open GeForce Experience, the signal disappears, completely

On a DVI-I video card, on an HDMI monitor.

While I write off the cable - the adapter did not work, the cable is also new, but the old one is still being searched for.
Maybe such a thing because of the cable?

PS Previously, there was a cable with such rings, what kind of rings?
