Why is there no sales catalog?

The site on Bitrix (Small Business) has not been updated since about 2017.
Recently updated (everything that was suggested) in order to roll out the store.
I read the manuals for importing a catalog from 1C, but already at the initial stage of setting up the import (Shop-Settings-Integration with 1C) I noticed that there were no tabs "Catalog", "Export Catalog"

In addition, when I created a new type of infoblock, when creating from it infoblock, there is no checkbox "Trade catalog"

Something is missing, something needs to be installed additionally, or am I doing something wrong?
