How to display system.pagenavigation above a directory?

I have my own system.pagination template.
I display it below the directory listing. But I still need to display it above the catalog, but not the standard "show over" function, but I need to push it into the complex component of the catalog, where it will be 4-5 divs higher.

In general, I moved all the blocks in template.php to a section. and there, by simply connecting pagination, I implemented it on top of the necessary blocks.
But I would be grateful if someone could tell me how to solve it before. method?
