Why is there no registration form on the Wordpress site?

EICHTITIPI://xn----7sbhtd1bfgjjf3ib.xn--p1ai/ - initially there was no registration form, it was suggested "Login". I activated the Buddypress Registration plugin, but still there is no "Register" button, in fact it remains the same Authorization form, only with a different name.
I climbed the admin panel, I don’t understand how to implement a regular registration?

I installed the Profile Builder plugin, it worked, why the standard one did not work - I did not understand.

settings -> general -> membership -> tick "Anyone can register"

The settings checkbox is set -> general -> membership -> check the box "Anyone can register", but there is still no registration form. Authorization only. Do not tell me where I'm stupid?
