Why is there no ppp connection when creating a DHCP client on Mitrotik 952?

Good time of the day. I got myself a mikrotik. As in one of the setup videos: "If you took Mikrotik, and you don't know what it is [shows some kind of menu]. Then most likely you took Mikrotik in vain." And the campaign is my case.
There is Microtik RB952Ui-5ac2nD. Also a USB modem from MTS 829F, aka Huawei E3372H.
Before that, I watched several hour-long videos on working with Mikrotik and read articles on two pages of Google search results.
I reset the settings. I connect the modem. You can see the ppp connection, I specify the login, password, access point, phone number. The information comes, in the terminal responds.

Further I come into firewall I specify the filter and I bypass nat.

Further, as in all instructions, I want to create a DHCP client. But my ppp connection is not there...

What am I doing wrong or didn't do?

You write "bypassing nat", but in fact, on the contrary, you are using masquerading. The firewall, by default, allows all traffic to pass through and there is no point in this allowing rule. It is better to take care of blocking unwanted.
You write that ppp has risen... Why do you want another dhcp-client if the address is already pinged from the terminal, i.e. already received and installed?

You are not dancing from there, first set the task correctly.
If you are just providing internet to the house, then after setting up a WAn connection - congratulations, you are half done.
It remains to distribute the network to home devices, DHCP is needed not on the WAN port, but on "LAN".
Please describe in more detail what you need.
