Why is there no picture on the TV?
I don't know if it's okay to ask questions like this here, but I'll ask anyway.
TV Phillips 32PF5321 - 2004 - year of release.
There is sound , but no picture . I shone a flashlight on the screen (in a dark room), no image is visible at all. When turned on, the entire screen blinks (once) in white for a fraction of a second and turns black.
I checked all electrolytic capacitors, there are no swollen ones.
I read on the Internet that the reasons can be:
1) an inverter
2) either a CCFL (backlight lamp)
3) or a matrix
I would like to ask you for help in determining which of these 3 points, according to the criteria given above, is the most likely cause breakdowns.
I have a good multimeter, if anything, I can test something.

The fact that the capacitors are not swollen does not mean anything. It looks like the inverter goes into protection, the reason: dying (pink) lamps, one of the lamps has died, poor power. Alternatively, to determine the malfunction of the backlight or matrix, try turning on the backlight forcibly. Another option: Breakdown, interturn short circuit or open circuit in one of the inverter trances.
