Why is there no permission on the folder?

Hello.
There is a domain (domain, like a worker), there is a separate domain member computer with windows server 2008 (comp, it works exactly like a computer, not a domain controller).
There is a d:\share folder on the server, to which full permissions for comp\administrators and domain\group have been added, I threw out the rest of the rights.
In the comp\administrators group, the domain\domain administrators group (in which I am a member) and even domain\admin have been added.
For some reason, after this setup, I don't have permission to access the folder. If you add me directly to the rights to the folder, then access appears.
What am I doing wrong that a domain user from a group cannot access?
UPD: If you go to the rights of the folder\audit (after confirming the admin rights) and select the user admin, then he has all the rights in the lists, that is, he has access to the audit.

@Dvlbug

Try to check the file system permissions and add the "Everyone" group one by one until the problem disappears.
Is the checkbox "Enable password protected sharing" disabled?
