Why is there no bootstrap modal window animation in Chrome?

When clicked, windows appear immediately without animation. It works on all other browsers, on other computers too, so it's in my Chrome. Disabled all extensions, cleared cache, javascript enabled. What can be wrong? What other settings are there?
I noticed on the bootstrap website in version 4.0 the animation works, but not on the upper versions.

I have on 4.3. seems to work: Try in incognito mode? Suddenly what plug mows.
